Although we intend to create an easy-to-navigate platform, we find that it is important that you have the tools necessary to understand each section of the Glitch Financial dashboard. This guide should be your go-to resource for anything and everything Glitch Financial-related. Let's begin!
The Glitch Financial [Overview] section showcases a variety of important account metrics, including your account’s value, the number of open & closed orders, your latest account notifications, and more. We have defined some of the terminology below so you can get the most out of your Glitch Financial account.
Account Value
The Account Value box shows you the total value of all Glitch Financial accounts or the value of the account(s) selected. Your account value will be displayed in USD.
Account Change
The Account Change box shows you the percent change of all accounts or the percent change of the account selected for the selected time period. You can modify the timeframe to the following: Last 24 Hours, Last Week, Last Month, Last Six Months, or Last 12 Months.
Account Leverage
The Account Leverage box will show you the average amount of leverage used in your account. If you have an FX Strategy with 1x leverage, and a Crypto Strategy with 3x leverage, your Account Leverage box should show 2x. With Glitch Financial, you can modify your leverage to 1x, 2x, or 3x.
Open Orders / Unfilled Positions
The Open Orders box will display a count of all current open orders. An open order consists of any limit order waiting to be filled.
Closed Orders Count
The Closed Orders box displays a count of all closed orders or closed orders for the selected account. A closed order is an order that has been signaled, filled, and closed.
Current Portfolio Value
The Current Portfolio Value portion showcases your current portfolio value for all (or the selected accounts), including account changes over the time period chosen. Click the 'Select Bots' button to change the account(s) you're attempting to view.
Signals
The Signals box allows you to view signals for strategies that are not configured to auto-trade. This section will be primarily used by users who are leveraging a 'Signals Only' subscription, as opposed to an 'Automated Trading' subscription. In this section, you'll see various details, such as:
- Strategy, Time the signal fired, Averaging Factor, Position (Long, Short, or Flat), Algorithm, and the Trade Pair.
Trade History
In the Trade History section, you can view completed orders for the selected time period. In this section, you'll see various details, such as:
- Market Type, Exchange, Filled Quantity, Price of Trade at Open & Close, Type of Trade, and Side (Long v. Short). Here, you will be able to expand on this data by clicking the 'Go to History' button on the far right of the Trade History box.
The Glitch Financial [Account Manager] section is where you can view and manage your client's Glitch Financial accounts. To modify any of the following account details, click [Edit Account] or double-click the specific section you want to change. For each account, you will have the ability to view and edit the following:
Account Name
The name of each account/client under management.
Returns
The account's returns (on a percentage basis). In the top right corner, you can modify the timeframe by a specific date range or view returns on a week-to-week basis.
Trade Count
The trade count shows you the number of completed trades that have taken place in the particular account.
Strategy
The name of the Glitch Financial Strategy a client is subscribed to. Hovering over the strategy will show you an array of performance metrics:
-
- Omega Ratio
- Calmar Ratio
- Sharpe Ratio
- Sortino Ratio
- Raw Return
- Max Drawdown, and
- Short Calmar Ratio
Tier
The Tier indicates your client's account level based on the amount of capital allocated to the account. Glitch Financial levels are posted below:
- Level 1: $0 - $25,000
- Level 2: $25,001 - $100,000
- Level 3: $100,001 - $1,000,000
- Level 4: $1,000,001 - $5,000,000
- Level 5: $5,000,001+
Hovering over the account's level will show you important details, such as:
- Max Allocation of Funds (per strategy)
- Percentage fee (per month)
- Monthly fee (in USD)
Allocation
The Allocation column shows you the amount of funds allocated to each account. This number is denominated in USD. Increasing or decreasing an account's allocated funds may alter the subscription Tier/Level.
Leverage (Aggressiveness Multiplier)
The Aggressiveness Multiplier is your control knob within Glitch Financial. It adjusts how much a strategy's default trade is multiplied: 0.5x (half), 1x (default), 2x (double), or 3x (triple). This scales the risk and reward of the strategy you've subscribed to, independent of your broker's leverage, but it still interacts with leverage and margin.
Leverage (Order Fill Aggressiveness)
The Order Fill Aggressiveness level refers to how urgently a trade order seeks execution in the market. Your setting (Conservative, Moderate, or Aggressive) determines whether an order is filled immediately at the best available price (Aggressive) or patiently waits for the exact price of an order (Conservative).
Status:
The Status indicates the health of the particular account.
- Verified: Your account has been connected, verified, and is live.
- Unverified: The account is created & subscribed to a Glitch Financial strategy, yet credentials have not been set. Click [Edit Account] to configure your account. If you have trouble connecting your account, look at our onboarding resources or contact the Glitch Financial Customer Success team at support@glitch.financial.
The Glitch Financial [Strategies] section is where you will come to view, modify, or add new strategies to your Glitch Financial account. You will also be able to edit your overall account (trading & general) settings.
Strategy:
In the Strategy column, you can view all of your active strategies running in your Glitch Financial account. If you click on the far left arrow next to a particular strategy, the screen will expand and show you all of the individual accounts leveraging that strategy.
Allocation:
The Allocation column gives you insight into the amount of capital you expect to assign to a particular strategy. Each strategy Allocation will be shown in a dollar amount. Click on the far left arrow next to a particular strategy. The screen will expand and show you the breakdown of allocation (per account), if you have more than one active account running with a particular strategy.
Leverage (Aggressiveness):
The Leverage section shows you the amount of leverage (also labeled as 'Aggressiveness Multiplier') assigned to each particular account and strategy. On this page, you can click the 'Edit Account' button to modify your Aggressiveness Multiplier (leverage used) to 0.5x, 1x, 2x, or 3x, depending on your risk tolerance.
Status:
The Status column gives you a sense of the account health of each connected account. You will find one of the two options in this column:
- Verified: Your account has been connected, verified, and is live.
- Unverified: You have yet to connect an account to the particular strategy you are looking to use on Glitch Financial. If you are having trouble connecting your account, you can take a look at our onboarding resources or contact our customer success team at support@glitch.financial.
Add Strategy:
The Add Stratey button, located on the top right of the screen, will bring you to a page where you can browse & select from other strategies available on Glitch Financial. If you are looking to add a new strategy, continue by selecting your strategy of choice, selecting your broker/exchange of choice, paying, and configuring your account.
Edit Account:
If you click the Edit Account icon, you will see your current account settings. In this view, you have the ability to view and modify the following aspects of the account selected:

- Order Fill Aggressiveness: The Order Fill Aggressiveness level refers to how urgently a trade order seeks execution in the market. Your setting (Conservative, Moderate, or Aggressive) determines whether an order is filled immediately at the best available price (Aggressive) or patiently waits for the exact price of an order (Conservative).
- Aggressiveness Multiplier: The Aggressiveness Multiplier is your control knob within Glitch Financial. It adjusts how much a strategy's default trade is multiplied: 0.5x (half), 1x (default), 2x (double), or 3x (triple). This scales the risk and reward of the strategy you've subscribed to, independent of your broker's leverage, but it still interacts with leverage and margin.
